Since 2016, 3AG has been a leading provider of outsourced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services collaborating seamlessly with both RCM firms and healthcare facilities. Originally established as a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services division within Sysfore Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading Software Outsourcing Services firm based in Bangalore, India, since 2004. Our initial venture, commencing in late 2007, involved crafting and implementing a bespoke BPO services framework tailored for the US Retail sector, specifically targeting Grocery Retail Circulars and Coupons processing.

In mid-2018, we expanded into the US Healthcare sector, initially operating as a subcontractor and service delivery partner for a US-based company offering Medical Billing Outsourced Services, employing approximately 30 staff members in Bangalore.

In January 2020, following the complete acquisition of 3AG Business and Tech Solutions LLC., our former partner, we redirected all our investments and endeavors towards establishing a reputable competence and service provision in outsourcing services for RCM companies within the Provider domain of US Healthcare. 3AG remains our principal entity for customer service, business development, and contractual obligations in the US, while KRAFT BPO Services, our wholly-owned subsidiary, functions as our Global Delivery Center based in Bangalore, India.

Since January 2020, our Global Delivery Center has expanded to encompass over 1,000 employees, offering services across the entire spectrum of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Services. Our solutions for RCM companies are specifically tailored for the Provider segment within the US Healthcare landscape. 3AG collaborates closely with RCM firms, serving as a comprehensive service provider catering to outsourced Revenue Cycle Management Services across the entirety of the value chain.
